Terms and conditions

Each nail is hand painted so please bear this in mind as there may be slight differences to what is in the photo. I do try to make the designs the same but sometimes it can't be helped. Any nail stickers on the nails may also differ than what is shown.
Colours of the nails may differ slightly due to device screen resolution.
All nails are subject to availability.
I reserve the right to change the prices of the nails at any time, however my aim is to make beautiful nails affordable for all, so I try to keep prices as low as possible.
Photographs of nails are taken prior to dispatch for assurance purposes.

A deposit of £5 will be required for custom nails before the nails are started. The remaining cost of the item will need to be paid upon completion and before the item is posted. This is due to so many people requesting specific nails and then failing to pay once the nails have been completed. This payment can be made via bank transfer or by placing an order in the specified section of the shop.
Custom designs are non returnable and non refundable.
If you pay the deposit for a custom design and then change your mind then this money will not be refunded. This is to cover the cost of materials used.
Custom designs are not guaranteed. I will be honest from the start as to whether or not the design is possible.
I reserve the right to use any photographs of the completed custom designs for marketing purposes.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 at no cost to the customer.
Other postage options are available at an additional cost to the customer.
I cannot be held responsible for delivery times. I always aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days by Royal Mail tracked 48hr.
The Royal Mail aims to deliver these within 3 days but sometimes there will be delays due to bank holidays and other unforeseen circumstances (adverse weather conditions, staff shortages, strikes).
If you require your nails sooner then please get in touch and other postage options can be offered at an additional cost.
Proof of postage is always obtained.
Photographs of nails are taken prior to posting and will be sent to customer before the nails are dispatched.

Returns will not be accepted if you have used the nails. This includes the adhesive pads or nail glue being applied to the nails.
Returns will also not be accepted if natural nails have been measured incorrectly. I offer sizing kits for 99p and these are available on etsy and eBay. I make no profit on these kits, the 99p covers P+P and the cost of the blank nails. These kits are available to ensure that you receive the right size nails to fit your natural nails.
I will also not accept returns if the nails are damaged by the user.
No returns will be accepted after 7 days.
Custom design orders cannot be returned.
All returns must include the preparation pack as well as the nails. This must all remain unused.
All returns must be verified with me first to ensure a refund is returned in the same manner as it was received.
No cosmetics will be refunded if they have been opened.

All giveaways are subject to terms and conditions which will be laid out with the instructions of how to enter.
All discounts are subject to terms and conditions and can be withdrawn at any time.
Giveaways hold no cash value.
Discounts may be given at my discretion.
