We aim to complete your nails within 3-4 days but as each nail is individually hand painted, please allow extra time for more complex designs. If we anticipate your nails will take longer than anticipated then we will inform you.

You will always be notified when your item has been dispatched.

When your nails are completed, you will be sent a photo of them. 

They will then be packaged up and ready to go. After that, my little assistant loads your nails into his wagon and off to the post box we go. Although not quite tall enough to reach the post box hole himself, he still tries.

 Then from there on it is in the hands of the Royal Mail. All packages are sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked unless you have requested otherwise. Please see my terms and conditions for more information.
