Appointments

• A client consultation form will need to be completed before any treatment is started.
• It is the customer's responsibility to inform Nails By CeriAnn of any changes to the details held on file for them.
• We will not infill any treatments completed by any other party. These will need to be removed completely prior to any other treatment being commenced.
• Nail designs/treatments will need to be discussed ahead of your appointment.
• No walk in appointments.
• Customer is to come alone to appointment unless agreed with us prior to your appointment. This is purely for safety reasons as we are a home based salon and we do not have a waiting area.
• Nails By CeriAnn reserve the right to cancel any appointment.
• Nails By CeriAnn reserve the right to decline treatment for any person.
• No nail treatment will be given to any nail with a current fungal/bacterial infection. Treatment can only commence when the infection has been treated.
• Nails By CeriAnn cannot be held responsible for any nail infections. We have a very high standard of cleanliness and maintain cleaning records.
• We reserve the right to request a deposit to secure your booking.
• Deposits are non refundable.
• If you cancel your appointment 24 hours or more before your appointment then your deposit can be transferred to another date and time of your choosing.
• If you fail to show for your appointment, without contacting us, Nails By CeriAnn reserve the right to charge you up 50% of your booked treatment.
• A grace period of 15 minutes after your booked appointment will be given, after that time has passed you will be classed as a 'no show' and will be charged a percentage of your booked treatment.
• Appointments may sometimes be longer or shorter than anticipated so please bear this in mind.
• We will not redo a nail design during the appointment due to change of mind.
• If for any reason chipping or lifting occur within the first 72 hours following your appointment, repairs will be completed free of charge.
• After 72 hours, we can repair any damage at a cost.
• We will ask you throughout your appointment if you are happy with your nails. Please take this opportunity to raise any issues or concerns.
• We do not issue refunds so please don't hesitate to tell us, during your appointment, if you are not fully satisfied. We can then rectify the problem.
   

Personal Data

• All information shared with Nails By CeriAnn is confidential.
• Your data will not be shared with any third parties.
• Your information will be kept on file for a minimum of 7 years by law.
• Your email address will be used to keep you updated with our latest news and offers. If you do not wish to receive these emails then let us know.
• Your phone number and email address will be used to keep you informed about your appointment including any changes or issues.
• Your details are collected for legal and insurance purposes.
• In certain cases we may need to see photographic ID for age related checks.

 Age Restrictions

• Nails By CeriAnn will not perform any treatments on those under the age of 14.
• Customers aged 14-16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and will be required to complete a permission form and a consultation form.
• We do not provide anything other than a gel polish manicure for those aged 14-16.
• All under 18's will need a permission form signed by a parent or guardian.
• Photographic ID may be required if we believe the customer to be not of the age they have stated.

Pricing & Payments

• Prices are non negotiable.
• Payment methods that are accepted include cash, card and bank transfer.
• Prices are subject to change.
• We reserve the right to request a deposit to secure your booking.
• Deposits are non refundable.
   

Additional

• Nails By CeriAnn reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at our discretion without any prior notice to you or anyone else.
• Nails By CeriAnn do not tolerate any form of abusive behaviour to any of its staff. If your behaviour is deemed to be threatening or offensive in any way then you will be asked to leave the premises, reported to the police (if necessary) and you will no longer be welcome at Nails By CeriAnn.
• Due to being a home based salon we do have 2 cats within the property.
• Access to the salon is upstairs and we do not have wheelchair access.
• There is CCTV located around the property for security and safety purposes. This is accessed only by those at Nails By CeriAnn.

Photographs

• Photographs may be taken of your nails before and after your treatment.
• These may be used for marketing purposes, competition entries and for use across social media platforms.
• Photographs may consist of hands or feet. They will not include photos of faces.
• If you do not wish for us to take photographs or use them in such a way then please inform us.
